The benefit plan, which is provided by the Construction Industry Benefit Plan (CIBP), includes coverage such as life insurance, dental, prescription drugs, and long-term disability. Once eligible and upon completion of the enrolment forms, employees will receive a booklet and membership cards in the mail. Employees are eligible to receive coverage on the first day of the second month following completion of three hundred (300) hours worked. Thereafter, the employee must have 150 hours in their bank to maintain coverage each month.
Employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis (or more as defined by each employer) are eligible to participate.

Included in your compensation package are contributions to an RSP. After 3 months service, the employer will contribute 2.5% of wages to an RSP in the employee's name and after 3 years service, the employer will match an additional 2.5%
