TRAINING AND APPRENTICESHIPS

To further the training of the workforce, the Employer's training policy funds the cost of courses required by the Employer and any courses that employees request and are authorized by the Employer. Please speak to your manager about taking courses to further your career at Knappett Industries. 

The company may register apprentices with the ICBA, which will handle all apprentice administration with the relevant authority. Any benefits provided to apprentices by the ICBA will also be managed by them. For more information click the button below.
